Martin-Pinero Construction Project Management, LLC was incorporated on May 3, 2008 by Ana Martin. The company started as a consulting business where the owner played all roles in order to keep the business alive while generating the necessary cash flow to grow. The start-up journey paid off and the company quickly earned a positive standing in the local construction community which made it possible to successfully bid on heavy civil commercial projects. By the end of 2011, Martin-Pinero received its first heavy civil contract, and a subsequent stream of highway projects, primarily of Department of Transportation’s nature, has allowed the business to prosper and expand. In December 2013, Martin-Pinero was certified by the SBA as a government contractor; this has proven to be another catalyst of growth in present time and the coming years. We are headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia but we do work elsewhere in the Southeast.
